Hi - looking for recommendation of Cash Buyers or Investors that can close fast.
I have a Townhome in Antioch, TN that I need to off load quickly. It is a great area and I have it rented for ~1700/month. It is a 3 BR/2 1/2 bath. Needs updating.
Any interest or recommendations would be appreciated.

Hello,
I am wondering if a landlord can legally cancel a SIGNED lease before the start of the lease in California?

I'm trying to purchase a home in the Atlanta, GA market. It seems very competitive and I have been told most people are paying over asking price AND paying the difference if the home does not appraise for the contract value. Is this the norm in this market? Anyone with some insight? Thank you!
