I'm also investing in the Rock county area and could use suggestions for contractors. I've worked with a few handymen and subcontractors, but would like to find a GC for larger jobs. Also willing to work with other investors for wholesaling deals.

Wake up at 5am (glad to see I'm not the only one)
Shower, dress and slug down a glass of water along with vitamins and supplements.
Then coffee. Copious amounts of coffee.
6am - Off to my office where I check my bank accounts, investment accounts and email.
Check Facebook for a few minutes and fight the urge to get into fight about politics.
Turn off my computer, pick up whatever real estate book I'm reading and spend
the next several hours studying, taking notes and researching.
Around 9:30 or 10 I eat breakfast and start work.
After reading other's posts, I feel like I should be drinking more tea and meditating or something healthier. I pet my cats frequently. Does that count?
