i saw some decent islands in the bahamas and nicoragwa for 200-400K

from 3-10 acres
beaches
and the hybrid system for the power is 100K..
the water system for these small islands will run about 50 k
the electricity cost 25% of the cost of conventional electricity once th hybrid system is set up
i think its possible....
i have a few really rich young guys
and we are considering trying one
will let you guys know if we gonna do it

it is true that DnB helps you more after you pay the 550

but its unfair to say that the credit builder has no value
it does help some companies...is all depends on the situation.

most of that statement is true but not all of it is fair

there are ways to get the dnb number in 24 hours
and i cover that in my blog
but the credit builder that dnb sells does help to build credit faster if you know how to use it..

Thanks for the lil chime Heathen
I only say that because from reading through many posts, business credit is portrayed as a scam or some sought of black magic....each community has its own culture but I have seen these kind of views in 2 or three forums that I belong too.....

in order to build a paydex score you have to purchase goods from at least 5 vendors
pay them off within the allotted time
and when they report to DnB that you paid on time(at least 5) you will have the 80 paydex that you desire
the trick is to find vendors that report to DnB

just to name a few that will report and give net 30 lines of credit to new businesses
Ulive
Fedex
Viking
WearGuard
Pens.com
DHL
Gemplers
Staples
Office Depot

Net 30 terms is a line of credit that you have to pay in full in 30 days to keep in good standings
these are the type of accounts you start with in order to build credit worthiness for your revolving lines
