Anyone ever thought about developing private islands?
there are 100z of islands for sale around the world
when i say islands i mean land surrounded by water that range from 1 acre to 600 acres and range in price from $70,000 - $100,000,000

anyone think that type of development is possible?

please remember
i am not a developer
i am a crazy guy who owns a few pieces of real estate and has crazy dreams.

Crazyc, I was in your situation about 2 years ago. I wanted corporate credit and I had no idea where to look. Now i know what I am doing..just a little on my experience...

I paid for B2Bcredit.com and they were great at building credit.. I got the credit i needed but i had no clue whart they were doing. When I found otu what they were doing i was pissed..lol....
they charge $399 + $120 per months

I also paid for access-business-credit.com . they also are marketed as some other name...i paid $150..i can even let you use my login as proof..that had some info in there but I knew all of it by the time i got in...

I spent about $400 on ebooks on the subject and 90% of the ebooks were tricks into getting me to pay more money..
so in dec of 2007 i started a blog..i

its not rocket science
you learn, you experience, you try then you know
i built more than 1 million dollars in credit in 2007

when i first started the blog i posted my number and email
and got a ridiculous amount of calls and emails of people asking th same bloody questions that was answered on my blog
which led me to believe that no one wanted to take the time to learn
so about 2 weeks ago i started to offer the service of building business credit for companies

i got a few clients immediately
i am not selling my service as a mask or a front for some awesome unbelievable service

the results are pretty amazing
but the process is simple and can be done by anyone..who has the time and patience

and if you guys have any questions
just shoot me an email..

ok
incorporate
and build business credit
this may take 4-7 months but the type of credit and the lines that you will get with business credit will be much higher than personal
not that does not mean to ignore your personal credit
it will simply help

ok
if you have a card in your business name even if they take your social, it can build business credit
usually when you business does not have credit, they tale your social, check your score and give you a business line of credit that is "personally guaranteed" by you.th signee
some of these cards do build business credit...
they do report to DnB and Experian business but ideally you do not want to connect your business credit to your personal

they will get th inquiries and you can get them off
woohooo
but your aim should be to build business credit with no PG (personal guarantee)

i was a member of this forum a while back and I just decided to come back
saw some cool posts to I am getting back into it.

on DnB
when you say "it's a scam" you should say that you do not have to pay for your DnB number...they try to make you pay for credit builder when you dont

but DnB and busines credit is not a scam
DnB controls 70% of the Business Credit Reporting market
I do not work for them

I actually dont like dealing with them
but please do not mislead the readers

i blog on business credit
I have experience in building business credit......
i just dont want people reading to get th wrong impression
