Hello! I'm very new into real estate investing and very much interested in rental property investing. Are there any groups in Maryland (preferably Montgomery County) that anyone could share where I could possibly come join the meetings, learn, etc.? Thank you!

@Mohammed Rahman Thank you for that feedback and I will look into that! Getting my real estate license is something I want to do as well. The local meetings does make a lot of sense. Thanks again!

I am in Maryland and I understand each state is different but just getting exposed to the process, etc. would be helpful and happy to help in any way. Thanks!

Hello! I know this may be a long shot, but I am very interested in stepping into real estate investing, either rental properties, flipping, etc. but no matter how many books or seminars I attend, I'm someone who learns best and feels most confident by hands on learning. I wanted to see if there would be anyone I could shadow, even virtually and I'm happy to help in any way free of course, just to get my feet wet, see the process first hand, ask questions, and continue to learn. I am very organized, structured, I'm a Senior Director in IT as my profession so I have some core skillets that could be helpful and I have a strong work ethic. Just wanted to put this out there to see if I could shadow someone so I can really get hands on with stepping in. Thank you!

Wholesaling INC
the Flip empire
Hello! I am just stepping into Real Estate investing and as my first step, I picked the book "How to Invest in Real Estate" which led me to this site. After reading, I think wholesaling is where I would like to start that fits my current situation. Does anyone have a really good book recommendation that lays out this process well to get started?
Thank you!
