How do you remove an amendment to purchase that has been filed with the county. We discovered that there is some extensive septic tank issues that will need to be resolve. So I am no longer interested in purchasing. Thanks

Do you need motivated seller leads in GA?! Do you offer a referral fee or are you interested in a joint venture for leads on home sellers who want to sell fast? If so, send me a direct messages in BP. I contact the sellers, ask all the questions about the property, collect images and know their motivation. I receive several leads daily and I can't get to them all so I'm looking to share my leads with the best possible offer.
