If you have the name of the company, see if you can find them on the Texas comptroller's office https://mycpa.cpa.state.tx.us/coa/search.do (or similar state website). There should be a link to their directors and officers. That could give you more information to find the owner.

Hi, I have a tenant that just moved out and the electricity at the unit is now shut off. I am planning to sell the property. I'll need to turn the electricity back on to make some repairs and for showings. What do you all usually do during this period? Sign a month to month or contract and just pay the termination fee? I saw some posts about landlord/property management agreements. How does that work in Texas where most people shop around for the best rates? Thank you!
