Would you recommend any knowledgeable realtor in that area who will work with a newbie investor? Thanks.

Is there any realtor you can recommend ?

Hi all, I live in Queens, NYC and looking for places in NJ where I can invest in sub50k properties. Is it realistic? Where can I look for those? Also looking forward to connect with any realtors, investors from those areas. Thanks in advance.

@Nikki Taylor congratulations!!! Did you happen to find a good agent? Thanks
@John Hickey Thanks for educating and explaining further.
@Tyrone Hood it works on Chrome for me. Try different browsers. If still not working, you might have to request him to send it over email may be.
@Tyrone Hood I copied and pasted it onto browser
@John Hickey
Thanks for sharing the spreadsheet. I’m wondering why you have negative cash flowing properties? Are you in those properties for appreciation? Or what am I missing?
@Tyrone Hood
Type “@“ and a few letters in the name and it should pop up.

I just started learning 2 months ago and still learning/reading/asking questions while practicing some basic analyzing deals that I see on apps. I talked to other seasoned people just like you are doing now and most responses are to educate first. I haven’t been able to meet other investor in person yet but I’m trying. We will get there. Cheers
@John Hickey
Thanks for sharing your story about how you started. It is inspiring. If you don’t mind, would you mind sharing the spread sheet as template? Also let me connect you if you don’t mind. Thanks in advance.
