What would you guys do? I own my personal home in Fort Worth, travel to houston 4 days of the week. I am currently in due diligence with my first rental property in Houston, close in October hopefully. Would one consider buying another rental in Houston or a small multi family in Houston as a second home and renting the other unit(s) out.

What are some of the appraisals for fort worth homes lately been in 2014? Have they been steadily increasing since this is a sellers market or can comparables still be the standard. I am looking to buy and hold sfh and trying to get a feel on doing my due diligence. If anyone has suggestions or opinions feel free to comments. Thanks BP, great site!
