Hi everyone, So I'm a newbie to this whole industry and I'm so excited. My boyfriend and I got our credentials to get our licenses like 5 yrs ago. We didn't pass the exam and also was more interested in being investors. We are artists living I sunny California you can imagine the time we have had out here. I was a single mother when I met him. I'm a singer/hair and makeup artist, he's and actor/screenwriter/editor but we have a desire to JUST live off of real estate investing alone. We want to work from home and quit our day jobs. We are sooooo new, we are fresh and only thing we know right now is searching, and now we are going to finish reading the amazing books on this business. We have Entrepreneur mindsets ready to learn this business. What do you guys suggest should be our VERY FIRST STEPS as newbies that know nothing.
