@Cole Johnson what were some of the hurdles you went through being a first time deal? curious as to what I'll have to go through. 

Did you need a couple years proof of income or paychecks?

Hi, I honestly don't have much money to buy a house. But I'm able to move in, land lord the house, and execute the house hack. What moves can I possible make to make this happen?

Don't start an LLC till after you've done a few deals.

@Marco G. Gotcha, I think splitting utilities is decently norma though if you shared rooms in college and all that.
