@Andy Cross definitely will let you know how they do. They're not too pricey. I think I got about 30 signs for $20 or so. And then I cut them in half since they're so big anyway.

Hi everyone! 

My name is CJ. I'm a 27-year old serial entrepreneur with a few businesses that have passed 6 figures in revenue from a marketing and branding company, a retail store, and 2 restaurants on the way.  All of those businesses are cool, but after really looking at the bigger picture, I definitely know that Real Estate is the way to go. 

I'm trying to start off with Wholesaling and eventually get into Fixing & Flipping and doing my first House Hack into Buying and Holding Rentals.
