I read posts on mrlandlord.com everyday. The site may be archaic, but the content is excellent imo. I've learned a lot from it.

Thank you Kayla! I had a really great team last year...this year may be moreof a challenge for me though.

If you ever invest in the area, I may be able to help with some recommendations on contractors...although it seems good (available) GC's are hard to find here without blowing a budget!
