Michael Wentzel thank you for your input. The rent is not enough to cover the property I was looking into. Will continue my search, have a good day.

@chris Pasternak hello, my name is Chris. I am interested in the Pueblo West market and was wondering if you had info on the rental range for a 2bd/2bh roughly 1100 sf would rent for? Zillow is estimating 1500$ and sterlingsbest is estimating 1250$, are these accurate numbers? I appreciate your time! Thank you

Michael Wentzel Hello, I am from Orange County Ca. I have been checking out a duplex on Zillow in the Pueblo West area. I was searching bigger pockets to see what people say about the area and came across these post. I saw you mentioned you invest in Pueblo, do you have a good lender, realtor, property manager you can refer me to? How are you doing in the Pueblo area? What are the average rents in the area? Looking online says average for a 2 bed 2 bath goes for around 1250$/month. Is this accurate? Thank you for your time, look forward to hearing your feedback.
I'm in the same boat Lance, LA / OC are very expensive!

Richard Nix M. Caasi I am in the same boat as you, I am located in Orange County. I want to get started in real estate investing (buy and hold) but it is really expensive! Also thinking about investing out of state as well.
