I'm trying to post a question in the Landlord and Tenant forums but the "Post" button in the upper right is not lit up. I have selected my category, title, and message. What else do I need to do? I don't get it, if I'm able to do it here, why not there?

Post: Refrigerator, Washer, and Dryer / provided or not?

When you are getting ready to rent a single family home, do you provide a Refrigerator, Washer, and Dryer? Or is it ok to expect them to bring their own?
