What have you found to be the best way to find off market deals? Doing my first house hack in Chicago and just looking at all difference sources for deals.

@Austin Pitts thanks for the insight and that seems to be the common theme about competing with cash buyers! Doesn't seem to work well in my situation if I am using an FHA loan.
