Hi Sam,

Iā€™m not quite sure yet. Iā€™m working on narrowing down a strategy. Iā€™m thinking of accumulating a few rentals for long term wealth. Flipping a house sounds like fun though too. It would be nice to replace my work income with income from real estate.

So far I only own a townhome in Billings, MT, but my husband and I are looking to rent it out and purchase something else within the next few months.
