Looking for lower entry level point(100k maybe), class B or C neighborhood, looking for cash flow of at least $200. I am willing to do some rehab but not complete overhaul.

Last week I stumbled on an article or blog post that talked about the different Detroit metro area suburbs and information on them. I wanted to re-read and now I can’t find it.
