Hi All, 

Excited to be apart of the community. I've been working in real estate for 4 years, first as a hard money lender and then as an commercial agency lender (Fannie/Freddie) in Los Angeles. 

After starting on the sidelines, I'm looking to invest in my first deal by the end of the year. With enough capital for about 20% down on an SFR to duplex, I'm focusing primarily on the Austin, TX market as I'm priced out of my own city. I know the Austin market is hot - But looks like there are still deals to be had!
