Good morning BPC,

My name is Clifford Louis, I am an Illinois-based Realtor, and I wanted to ask a few questions regarding my topic.

My family and I have decided to band together and begin to BRRRR in South Florida. My question to you today is, are you part of a family LLC? Have you formed one before? How would my family and I go about this process? I've read a fair bit of information online, but I came here to see if I could get some first-hand advice from anyone who has done this.

Advice as far as, what did you all contribute to begin? Did you already have property before forming the LLC?

Any information that can be passed on will be greatly appreciated.
