@Mindy Jensen I never said they were a part of Padhawk but they are a part of BP and invited a guest that didn't realize he was having customer service issues(?). And he has since addressed in this post.

@ Jay Hinrichs Again, due diligence in anything investment related. But one of the 2 hosts is a founding member, no?  I imagine there's a lot of new people trying to learn the ropes. BP touts themselves as a reputable education site. One would hope they're bringing reputable companies to do business with. Also, only one side of the story since only negative experiences listed so far. Where are those in the BP membership who may have had success with said company?

I find this concerning considering how much the podcast hosts gushed all over how great a guy the interviewee was who owns/runs padhawk.

Yeah, that whole piercing the corporate veil is tricky. Be sure to run the plans through a CPA, lawyer or finance guy that knows their SD (Roth) IRA and SD (Traditional) IRA's. My wife and I are currently in the process of funding lien acquisitions through her Traditional SDIRA and my Roth SDIRA.

Best of luck on the new endeavor.
