My question is why are you even doing this renovation in the first place? You already have tenants that are willing to pay you rent every month without the renovation. Are you going to raise rent when the renovation is done? If not, why are putting good money into a unit when the return won't be realized until they move out? Doesn't seem like a good return on investment to me. Just my two cents, -Clinton

I'm about to close on my first property and am exploring different property management software. I'm kind of overwhelmed by the number of features they offer. So my question is:

What feature or features have been the most useful for you? On the flipside, what features have you found rather useless?

(Would be great if you could let me know what software your using and how much you like it as well)
