Hi, we are looking for apartment complexes in Evansville, IN I am from the area and own about 50 units around Evansville, if anyone is interested in selling (20+ units) or if you are also looking maybe we could partner.

Right now I have partners lined up and we are working on financing I will let you know if anything changes.

Thanks guys I am working with 1 broker and 1 direct lender that already have my info, I just do not want too many balls in the air so to speak. If these option do not work for our numbers I will reach out.

If you are a direct lender that would be helpful because we really need a 30 year am and do not want to broker out on the chance we could get it.

I have a 42 unit apartment building under contract for 1.2million and I am looking for conventional financing where I can get an amortization of 30 years with market rates and term. If anyone has a bank or lender that can get this done let me know. (Not Fannie Mae, market does not qualify)
