@Bob Malecki - Thanks
@Henry Li - thanks for posting this......i would be curious to hear from others too in regards to initial investment, how long they have been in, what has been learned, etc
thanks @James Mc Ree
Would like to hear from any others or @PPR about this too
I've also been interested in this fund. I have spoken to PPR and they have been very responsive and great to talk with. I guess my only hesitation is still the lack of understanding on how it works. I am a passive investor, so all I really want to get clear on is how is my principle investment protected and what is the risk to it? I know they have have a stellar track record & hVe never missed a payment, but still I need to understand the safety of the investment in a worst case scanrio? If I could get that answered confidently, I would be in. Would much appreciate any feedback.

thanks all for the responses so far.
@Kyle Hipp are these apartment buildings you own? What % of total income do you find goes toward total expenses yearly on average?

All,
Looking at 33 units spread across 3 buildings in a historic area. All units have been renovated completely. Just curious in general I'm looking conservatively what % of income goes towards expenses usually on buildings of this era? I understand all the common stuff ( roofs, electrical, etc) but are there certain expenses that are greater with buildings this old compared to newer ( 20 yr or less) buildings? Also, how to determine if structure is sound and the life cycle of something like this? How much more expensive of replacement of parts to meet historic code?

@NikS - could you expand on the cost your PM is charging & how you found/chose the company? What made them/set them apart from others and felt like the right fit for you?

Thank you James for your insight. I had just noticed some road widening off of I-985 at friendship rd.

James,
What is your current take on the Buford area in Gwinett? Is there some growth there?
