I used zelle, cashapp, money orders, bank checks. Now am transitioning to ACH using cozy.io ( now with apartments.com). Need to build systems especially since we're scaling

1. check how old the septic and well. This could be costly.
2. Check the market rents and lots rents. See if there's any value -add.
3. Check and double check the units. Age? Size? Possibly run a test and to see if there demand
4. See if you can buy together to get a better deal.

Hey Luana,
I started the same way. Bought a 4 units, lived in one and rented the other. I would continue to buy more duplexes and continue growing, and learning and then maybe you can sell all and jump into something larger. Take your time, But I would say go big as quick as you can. A lot more rewarding. The duplexes can only make so much.

My name is Kenny. I have been a real estate investor for about 2 yrs. I have a couple multi-families that I have currently, and looking to for MASSIVE growth. This upcoming year I am dedicated to find, partner, or expand my portfolio to acquire 15-20 plus units. I am looking in all the emerging markets. Any help, tips, hints, mentors would be greatly appreciated.
