It seems like Batchleads is pretty expensive to join when factoring in the add-ons that are built into platforms like Propstream and Freedomsoft

I have a house that I need to sell in Brewster this week. It's nice and I put a killer price on it just to unload it. I just put a video together for everyone.

Capital to do deals is my only set back. If I could get the funds to do that first deal I would be rockin and rollin from there, I'm positive about that.

Hello,

Why 65% or 70% of ARV?

What is factored in that %, because repairs are factored in after you take 70% from the ARV?

So if i offer a seller 70% of ARV and they ask why 70% what do I tell them? "Because its rule of thumb" I don't think that explanation will go over well.

Thanks for the help on this.
