@Account Closed No worries, I was just curious. I'm from Ocean originally and live in Monmouth now and I have noticed they don't get a lot of love lol

@Account Closed I'm curious as to why Monmouth & Ocean Counties are off your list for central?

I find it difficult to advertise as a wholesaler sometimes because the market has been oversaturated by beginners that are in it for the wrong reasons meaning they are looking to make a quick buck rather than develop the knowledge that will create a long lasting career. I am licensed and have experience in both retail and wholesaling but I am looking for a way to put the positive spin on the stigma negatively affecting the honest people in this thread.

Hi Jimmy - I think this a great question; I would approach the subject by letting asking them exactly what and where they are looking for. You can't change the bad publicity that wholesaling has received, but you can solve their specific problem. Just my .02

Thanks Tim - Any nuggets of knowledge you can drop for those starting out? Loved your episode

You find sellers through multiple channels - networking @ events, knocking on doors, direct mail advertising, online websites, etc.
