Hello Everyone!

Are there any active rehabers in the Palm Beach Gardens, Jupiter or Tequesta/Hobe Sound area?

Hoping to send out my first mailer and wanted to see if anybody has had success in these cities/counties.

If you're an experienced investor I'd love to buy you coffee/lunch or add value in anyway I could in exchange for some tips!

@John Thedford completely understand! And I agree. I'm looking into options to make "active" income as a job or business in REI as opposed to passive which is the eventual goal...

@John Thedford Gothca. Yeah I am licensed and If I did Wholesale I would utilize more of the traditional strategy. Actually owning the property and then selling it.

@Bob Razler Thanks Bob! Yeah I wanted to see if there was someone doing it well, (actual deals, accurate ARV's) And if there is a market for it.
