Brad Sumrock is another great teacher. I also like Michael blank, Rod Khlief. So many out there. You got to finalize your mentor, learn, gather team, find capital and get multifamilies under contract. It sounds simple but lot of work is involved. Everything is goal oriented and you need to move towards your goal with small strides tracking everyday. Hope this helps. Good luck !

Quote from @Gina Stern:
Keep in mind, if you are buying from a county auction in Florida, especially, and most other places, virtually no one will lend you the money until after you win the auction.
ALWAYS do a title search before the auction, not after! Unfortunately, many beginners don't understand this and get burned badly. Ensure you understand the differences in liens and which lien is foreclosing. Nothing worse than spending $50k on a $300k property only to find out after the fact it was an HOA foreclosure and you have a 500k mortgage still against the property. Do your due diligence and hire a professional to do it for you and teach you how if you can't do it yourself.
After you win the auction it’s extremely important to do a quiet title action if it’s a tax deed auction and in some rarer cases, on a lien foreclosure auction as well. Good luck
Thanks @Gina Stern

Hello,
I just won the bid on auction property. My bid price was 120-130k less than the market price. I am planning to acquire the property and clean it up and put it on the market. it may take 3-6 months. I need to close the deal within 60 days with auction bank.
Any ideas on how to get loan to close this deal. would you guys recommend private money lending or any other options to finance auction properties. please advise
Thanks
