Great opportunity to flip a home in Seguin.  Foundation has been redone, roof in decent shape.  Needs complete interior and exterior rehab.  Could add and extra bedroom and bathroom under existing roof if desired.  This property is a blank canvass for someone that knows construction!

We've been investing, flipping, developing, etc in Phoenix since 2007 and have always maintained our California based CPA. I'm of the mind-frame that real estate based tax knowledge is much more important than having a locally based CPA if I had to choose, but I'm sure there are some great ones here too! Best of luck!
