@Account Closed I hear that cash flow is hard to come by in the phoenix metro area.. have you found that is true? Do you have SFH or MFH?

@John Farady yes I’ve heard there’s lots of agents but only some do a majority of the business.

Hi BP, i'm currently a realtor in Philadelphia but have the opportunity to relocate to Phoenix metro specifically the Gilbert or Peoria areas. If I were to relocate, I would become an agent in Arizona with the long-term goal of having investment properties and utilizing the BRRRR method for buy & hold.

Can anyone share what the buy-and-hold market is like in Phoenix metro?

Hi BP, can you explain what some of these numbers/terms mean? For example, what is the actual cost of this property? (I'm not buying this property, this is just an example for learning purposes)

@John Warren thanks for the reply John. I don’t have a team here but I do have family That could possibly help me out. It’s in a very high appreciation area.

I currently own a home in a neighborhood that rent goes anywhere from 1800-2000/month. My mortgage taxes, fees, etc totals $1333/month. I’m moving across the county in 4-6 months and am wondering if you think I should sell and buy another place in my new state or keep this property and rent it out from across the country.

Hi BP community. I have the opportunity to relocate to the Scottsdale, AZ from Philly. I was wondering if anyone has any real life experience pertaining to this:

I would love to move to the west coast & get away from the PA weather but I’m also afraid of getting out there and realizing there’s not much of an opportunity for buy and hold in AZ as there is in PA.

Any advice?
