Yes I did switch to invelo.  There are some benefits of each.  The top feature of reisift compared to invelo are their sequences.  The idea of sequences is more difficult in invelo.  The one feature I did not like about invelo is when you set up a marketing campaign within invelo it will not contact each number, but only the one you currently have as primary.  That makes it difficult to disposition the phone numbers.  I hired a virtual cold caller and used the SOP from Reisift ninja sequences based on tags and setting filters based on tags.  Invelo is able to actually put new prospects into your database automatically whereas you always have to upload lists in Reisift.  Invelo definitely is more cost effective for sure.  The customer support team for invelo is beyond anything I have ever dealt with.  You can set up one in one help sessions and they will help you set up or figure out whatever you want.  Lmk if you have any specific questions.

I personally decided not to go with it.  After going thru a lot of his free training, I didn't personally see anything different that isn't all over you tube.  I can't say the coaching program would be more valuable but I don't feel comfortable dropping $7k and hope it's worth it

I have used ReiSift for about 2 years and absolutely love it and everything they teach about data mgt. It has made a huge difference for me understanding my data and I have nothing negative to say about it at all.  However, I have been reading and learning about Invelo and have been messing around with the free starter membership.  I started looking at Invelo because of 3 things that seemed to be different from ReiSift which were list pulling, their apparent already built marketing campaigns, and seemed to be a similar as far as data mgt but with the BP discount a little more cost effective.  The list pulling aspect wasn't as appealing as I was comfortable with my current methods of pulling lists.  The built in marketing campaigns intrigued me the most as I wouldn't need to pay for a 3rd party software/system  and zapier with Rei Sift and being that I currently only use SMS, email and cold calling, Invelo would allow me to add mailing and RVM to my arsenal .  I would say my main concern with Invelo is that I believe once I upgrade to the paid plan that I can only add tags to the total prospect where in ReiSift I have the abiltiy to tag prospect phone #'s (wrong # tags) and other individual stats per record.  I was curious if 1) I may be incorrect about Invelo's ability to Tag not just the overall record, but the phone # as well and 2) just wanted to know anyone's opinion between the two.  Thanks

I have been using it since Feb and I love it.  I work a very time demanding job and it has been very difficult to work on my wholesaling business.  I found it very difficult to find time to cold call and or even follow up on any leads or list.  REIREPLY has 100% changed this around for me.  I haven't even used 80% of all the capabilities this tool has to offer.  I have used it mainly for texting campaigns and replaced my cold calling.  This allows me to set up a list to start whenever I want and can reply as they come in real time or as my time allows me too.  I've began trying to learn how to utilize the rest of its tools to get the full benefits.  My overall favorite part is the the designers/owners Dave and Susan are always there to help or answer any questions.  They take all suggestions, have great training, and are always trying to improve the software.   I highly highly recommend REIREPLY

@John Thedford  The area I try to focus on are foreclosures where people are about to lose their house and majorly damage their credit.  I am always attempting to make a win/win situation.  What I meant by protecting myself was ensuring every aspect (especially contracts) of my business is done morally and ethically.  I actually called this attorney as being you provided his info and I asked for attorney info, but he admitted he couldn't help in regards to anything real estate just criminal.  It seems you may have run into some bad wholesalers, but all I can say is, its not only my goal but the basis of my business is to actually HELP people, who need it.  I have no intentions on doing anything shady.  I don't see how anything I've mentioned is an attempt mislead anyone as I plan to be  upfront from the beginning about the whole process and even the fact that I may not be the end  buyer

I am currently in the beginning stages of wholesaling properties.  I have my targeted list to start marketing to and a cash buyers list to start calling as well.  However, I'm looking for referral in the Tampa, FL area for a investor friendly Attorney and /or Title company that is familiar with the wholesale process.  I am hoping to find a title company to bring regular business to and can  help me close quickly with my wholesale deals.  I also currently  don't have any contracts and am trying to make sure I find  solid contracts and not just anyone off the internet.  AS I am new to this and searching for my first deal, I want to make sure I am not only using solid contracts but also protecting myself thru out the process.  Any help is gretaly appreciated.  Thanks

@Alfred Johnson I closed on my first property in March for fix and flip. I actually purchased it from a wholesaler and funded it thru a HML that funded 70% of the ARV, so it paid for the rehab as well. We finished the rehab in July and had many bumps in the road on the way mainly in regards to our contractor who we eventually parted ways with but found a great new one to finish the project. We have not successfully sold it buy have refinanced out of the HML and are inserting a renter next week. It does not have great cash flow but all my expenses are covered as well as putting cash to the side for vacancy and repairs and the property mgr. We hope to relist in again at the end of spring next year.

As far as software, I have been bouncing around a lot and trying a lot of different ones out.  REIPRO was ok but the main thing I had originally wanted to gain from using it was getting mailing addressed for a mail campaign, but after sending out over 500 letters in my first month about 75% came back undelivered.  While I found out much later, that could be a good thing as it might be a vacant distressed property, but being a newbie I moved on without knowing what potential I missed out on.

I currently use Propstream and I like all the info I can get on properties and also get a more defined list.  I have been using it for two months and plan on doing a skip trace and starting contacting owners soon. I honestly just need to get over my fear of the phone as that is my one major weakness to pick up the phone and call, but I am also not in this stage of where i can hire someone or outsource for calls.  Plus I need to learn how to cold call before I can expect someone to cold call for me successfully.
