Kevin,

I am new to the business as well. Do you mind sharing with me how you purchased the yellow letters? I recently attended a Than Merrill Real Estate Investment seminar and this was mentioned. However, no clear direction on how to obtain.

I am glad to see I am not alone. I am new also. I attend  a seminar on investing to learn the real estate jargon, however they wanted 25k just  to show me the ropes. I have money to invest 5k, but do not know where to begin or if this is even enough.  Seeking guidiance from the experts out there.

The property is a 3 bedroom home  2bath , 2 living areas built in 1969, so the kitchen is outdated as well as the windows, possible foundation issues. The property is currently rented, however the owner in late 80's would like to sell.  Property  is currently listed for 127k. The going rate for homes in this area is around 100k to 130k. I was thinking an offer of 90k as the property has been on market for about 16mo.

I recently  attended an FB seminar and they spoke about getting private investors to help fund your deals. I am brand new to this business. Is there such an opportunity?  How does one go about connecting to have a deal funded?
