Great Rental property for sale. Recently rehabbed SFR with renter in place for 1 year. Renters in the area usually stay for a long time and are very stable. One home in the front and potential for another in the back. Property has been divided with a fence and there is already a structure for a second home. You can double your income and property value by rehabbing the second home! Willing to do a quick close and will consider all offers. We are starting our own business and need to divest quickly.
