Nice to meet everyone, Troy isn't a bad place Josh, it is starting to make a turn around and the community is really working to get it back in shape. I love walking into local coffee shops and seeing that they advertise for other local stores.

Hey everyone,

This is my first post I am from the Capital Region looking to start investing in small multifamily properties. My goal is to buy a duplex this year either turnkey or one needing some small renovations nothing major. Live in one half, rent out the other while I save up for a second, and etc.
