Hi everyone, I am wondering if anyone Has had any good experience with a particular lender that will loan on a empty lot? The property next to me is a 1 acre lot, it has a Well, Septic and Power, but no structure. I have been wanting to buy this piece of land for years and it has recently become available. I eventually want to build on the lot but for the time being, I want to purchase it so that no else buys it first. From my understanding few lenders loan on just empty land. I would rather not go to multiple lenders trying to figure out who does what if someone on here has had good experience with a particular lender already that does this type of loans. I am located in Western, North Carolina, right outside of Asheville. Thank you in advance!
