Any Referrals for the Core 4 based out of Melbourne, Fl or individuals that work in this area. 

I am new in the Real Estate Business and I am located in Melbourne, FL. I am currently serving in the Military and have served for 16 years.  My current job in the military is a Paralegal.  Therefore, I am well read, great communication skills, and able to write well. I am a hard worker and dedicated to getting the job done; I have led small and big teams. Additionally, I have ran big projects.  Since this is a new venture for me, I figure the best way to get involved with real estate is to assist someone with their business.  In short, I am reaching out to see if someone is looking to outsource some of their task. 

My wife and are also in Melbourne and new to real estate...I would love to meet up.

My name is Craig Miller and I am new to Real Estate Investing. For the past months, I have read some books, blogs, articles, and have attended some webinars and seminars. I am really trying to get in the game with the real estate. Currently, I explored a few niches, but I have been leaning more toward the BRRRR Strategy for single homes or multi-families. Any advice is welcomed or resources on how to get started. I have been reading like crazy. I have been trying to analyze deals. However, some of the numbers I don't understand.

I new to investing.  I have been searching for weeks for rehab home, but listed at those lower prices (ie 75K, 90K, 65K) are in C/D Class neighborhood.  How can I ensure I have good tenants or find rehabs in Class B neighborhoods?
