Yes ,yes,yes,call whoever you settled with and don't get of the phone until they get that settlement letter.What reason would it take that long to get the letter.You need to obviously do the work for them.Maybe once they can see the documentation you already have could nudge them to get it done.Start with a supervisor.Don't be rude but asking for a favor.Please help me.

Kind of a buyer beware thing, you could probably, maybe have recourse but it would be more trouble and time wasted.Consider it a learning experience and find another exit strategy.In other words turn lemons into lemonade.Move forward.And yes always find a way to inspect what your buying,look in windows,talk to the neighbors,knock on doors.Do your research.

So I'm still waiting for my July payment and statement. Aiza is using the excuse the checks come from corporate? Why would I use a management co that works like this. I don't believe a word she is saying. I've gotten one excuse after another and am still waiting .After all she's just handling my money and required to do the bookkeeping.
