looking to make my 1st wholesale deal and one of the properties I found the home owner has passed away according to truepeoplesearch, & he actually had 2 homes he was owning so how do I go about getting in contact and looking to make a deal

@Mark Durham what’s a good way to accurately gain their contact information? I’ve found 2 more properties along the same st with absentee owners & I used an app I use called Deal Machine but the numbers and emails they gave me were no good anyway to get a more accurate way?

hello everyone i’m 19 & i’ve finally tried to start wholesaling. I found a house today that is boarded up. I used the deal machine app & found out that the owner is an absentee owner. What should my next steps be cold call and email ?

Hello to all, I am 18 & I live in NJ. For some years now I’ve been wanting to invest in real estate since i found our house flipping & now that I’m 18 ( a reasonable age lol) I feel like I’m ready to start. Now since I don’t have much capital as of right now I was going to Wholesale first then get into other type of investments. Saturday I’m going to look for houses with my cousin who has also taken a liking too wholesaling. Basically I made this to ask if I could get any tips, what to do and what not to do, anything that can help really. I’d appreciate everything thank you guys
