I have come across a potential wholesale deal in south east WI and I am looking to get in touch with an experienced wholesaler who would be willing to mentor me through the process.  IL, Milwaukee, Chicago, Madison.

I have just completed a purchase contract with a private seller, what do I do with the contract now?  Do I take it to the title company?

Hey @Nate Ollmann , welcome to BP. Like you I am just starting out with REI and looking forward to networking. I bought my first tri-plex about 6 months ago and am looking to do some more. I would definitely like to meet up and talk about the area, especially the Confluence Project. Let me know what times are good for you and maybe we can grow the community here in EC.

@Nate Ollmann I am in Eau Claire (really in Chippewa but work in EC). I have also noticed that there is not REIA here, maybe we can get something started out here. I think it would be great to meet up and talk about what is happening in our neck of the northwoods. Shoot me a message and we can figure out a time to get together.

I am looking to buy a specific note from a finance company, who has been assigned the note from US Bank. I am new to this type of investing and actually would like to purchase the property for my family to move in to. I have contacted the finance company and they are willing to sell the note. Could somebody help me find financing to purchase a note? Is this possible?

Welcome @Greg Braun , we purchased our first Multi-family in EC back in October and have been seeing positive cash flow. BP has largely been responsible for my RE education. There is a wealth of information and the BP podcast is top-notch. Looking forward to networking with you.
