Llc then elect s corp taxation status when your income level for that business rises and you have payroll. The biggest benefit of an s-corp is being able to specify a reasonable salary for yourself and pass the rest of the profits through as dividend income. It can be a huge difference come tax time.

We have 17 win7 workstations between all of our facilities. We reboot them about once to two months if that. Many of our industrial machine controllers run win xp embedded. Those machines run 24/7. Many are rebooted annually if ever. Windows is as reliable as any platform these days. Most reliability issues stem from hardware and end user inexperience.
