I only spoke with someone for about 2 minutes.

The Lender did not lie about the wait time. I only waited 21 minutes. So, I am very greatful that they saved me 4 minutes. Where oh where will I spend this time.

I was just having to call into a Lender to get some general Information. The message was as follows:

Thanks for calling ****, we are currently experiencing more calls than normal. The wait time will be less than 25 minutes!

Well, this works out pretty well, since I can come on BP and have fun. And yes, I am also sweeping mines!

WOW!

That is just crazy. I guess it shows that there is nothing some will do to get a sale.

Perry,

You might want to get a little more educated about how a Short Sale is approved. I think you might be a little confused about Short Sales, as they are being "offered" on the MLS.

Lots of us on here will be more than happy to get into details if you need. Just post your questions on here, and several of us can answer.

Not sure if this is what you all are looking for, but here a few items that have assist me thru my many travels while being apart of the BP Nation:

1) Looking for a certain skill set, I look in the Company section of the site.
2) Looking for items in a certain area: I either type the are in the search tool, or I post a Topic and start a Thread.

Maybe I do not fully understand what all you all are looking for, but maybe these two(2) items will assist you along your way.

Okay, since I am personally apart of this I will expand a little more. See, me and the Rockstar Realtor made sure that everything we do was open for review. And when you completely disclose everything to all parties, there is nothing wrong with Short Sale Flips.

What was pretty funny, when me and the Realtor spoke about the ?'s the "commissioner" had, every answer was the exact same. "All parties involved in the transactions are made aware fully of the intentions of all parties. And it is disclosed multiple times on multiple documents." THE END.

I am truly proud of the "team" we have forged!

And yes, I am under pressure from NIck about speeding up the process.

Hope all enjoy reading this!

I really like the Thesis Theme. You do have to purchase it, but I think I like it the most.

Bill,

The Lender is NOT the Seller in a Short Sale. They only "approve" the Short Sale.

But, I have MANY times tried to justify low offers by way of showing the profits of a Lender. (Has yet to work.) I also even once told a Lender that they should accept the terms to the Short Sale, simple due to the fact that I own shares in a Fund that has $ invested with the Lender. So, as a "stock holder" I felt it was a sound business decision. (That also did not work.)

Perry,

If you plan on being a party in a Short Sale, you really need to find out if any Lenders will approve the Short Sale with a Land Trust.
