What would you do if you had 40k lying around and you wanted to purchase a property. You don't own any homes and you're currently renting but would like to get into the buy and hold game with rentals. Looking in mid Missouri. Not finding much. Approved for 350k FHA.

I don't know, that's a great question. I figured they would be looked at as one in the same.

@Jaycee Greene I would pay 200-225k for it. I'm looking for out of town properties. I'd like a triplex or property with 3 homes on it which is common in that area.

@Jaycee Greene hey, thanks for reaching out! I actually just did a walk-through with that location. It's not bad, slightly overpriced. Also in town, not out of town.

New investor with zero doors. 40K in the bank wondering what to do next. Approved for an FHA loan with 3.5% down up to 350k. Originally thought about house hacking. Ideally would love to own a property with three doors in the country. Limited by my children's school. Looking to purchase in St. James, Missouri what would you do in this situation?

There are limited doors in this catagory

There are more single-family homes than duplex or triplexes. This area is known for a parcel to have more than one home on it typically. And I must stay in this area.

Hi, I am a new real estate investor looking to obtain my real estate license in the state of Ohio. I am looking for a broker to get my license under. Does anyone have any leads?
