Maybe it's because I'm under forty and this is just the way it goes but is it possible to get an answer back via email or text?

I'm attempting to get more information on potential investment properties and I send clarifying questions to the agent. Why doesnt the agent just sent over answers? Why do they always try to call or outright refuse to answer unless it's on a call?

For investors in New Jersey looking into or actively investing in short-term rentals, are you finding any success in the state? I'm looking into lake houses or beach properties but our state is incredibly cost prohibitive and over taxed. Do investors look to NJ or do they go across the border into PA or NY State?

Hi Team, I have property in Hoboken but I'm always looking to expand, especially since interest in Jersey City is always increasing. Are there any agents on the forum that work with RE investors or do you have any recommendations of ones you know?

No luck since I originally posted this but to be fair I was just sending out feelers for additional information from the BP community. I've only, on occaision, scanned some online listings in Northern NJ but I havent done any substantial research.
