Just signed up for the 30 day trial. Sent 48 postcards (24 to absentee owners & 24 to cash investors) and I’m waiting for them to be sent out. I’ll be sure to let you all know my response rate. I believe that depends a lot on your market and who you’re targeting in that market. For example, targeting absentee owners in a market where the majority of homes are occupied won’t get very many results. As for the system itself, I love the simplicity. Everything is laid out nicely and it’s easy to navigate. It basically walks you through a sale to ensure you don’t miss a single step along the way. I’m also new to the real estate game and I’m trying my hand at wholesaling. I have my first property under contract but it expires very soon with no leads on cash buyers. I chose REIpro because it seemed simple and will [hopefully] prevent that from happening again!

Hey Bigger Pockets community! This is my first post so be gentle.

I'm working on growing my wholesale business to six figures in one year. I've also been trying to find reliable systems to simplify the process. I came across REWW's SMART System but it is over $100 a month. Just starting out, I don't want to spend the money on something that may not be as good as it's advertised. There is very little info about it on YouTube other than the demos uploaded by REWW themselves. 

I was wondering if anyone here has any experience using the system.
