I am new to this site and I am looking for investors. I am in real estate in Georgia and need investors. We have access to REOs from our local banks made up of homes and developments. I would love to find investors that would purchase homes or land and give us the opportunity to resale them for them. My background has always been new construction and development so we have relationships with many of the largest home builders in Georgia and as the market picks up the need for lots will be great. The best way to say it is whoever has the best lot inventory at that time will make a lot of money and I would love to help.

I do not have a list with me here at the house. Sorry that will not happen again. We just started getting REOs from local banks on homes and Tracts of land. The thing that works well for us is the fact my partner and myself develop, reprosent large and small builders, and have worked with these banks for years. We, as i said earlier, have been blessed with deals. We can sell someone a development and be their to resale it as the market picks up. But i am dragging this on. Some of the houses are 65 to 70 cents on the dollar compared to the value last year. The land is ranging from 50 to 65 cents. Right now if you know the players so to speak you can buy a development cheaper then you could develop it yourself. I am new to this site but my e-mail is listed in my profile and i can give you more information on anything that might work for you. Some of the land and home we know of we do not have listed but we have acces to the right contacts and we can share those with you if it helps in any way. Thanks

I am an agent with over ten years in real estate. I just partnered up with an agent who has been the top re/max agent in my state for the last three years. We both come from a new construction background. We have been able to negotiate with several local banks to receive their REOs on homes and land. The thing is we have the man power to rehab homes, an in-house property management company, and the builders to buy lots down the road. But we need investors to buy and hold land and investors to sell the REOs to at this time. Any suggestions as to the best way to find investors would be greatly appreciated. I guess you can say we are blessed to have the deals on homes and land, we just need the buyers.
