Walter, I saw there's an event for BP members and Real Estate Investors meeting on I think the 26th in Coral Springs. Check the community tab/Net. events and maybe attend. Welcome to BP. South Florida has a great BP community. Check the events tab because there's a BP meet up i think in Coral Springs on 7/26. I will not be in town but am looking forward to connecting to the BP community. I would suggest to definitely attend and network with like minded BP investors. Great question. If they're in foreclosure, how much is their mortgage and how much would it cost to get the loan caught up? Maybe you can get the property for a "subject to". Are they upside down? Maybe a short sale?

Focus on to whom you will be wholesaling to. For example, if wholesaling to flippers, you need to have a strong idea of what the rehab will cost and what price range the investors are looking for so you can accurately price your listings. The Bigger pocket podcast about wholesaling and fix n flips are fantastic. Also network with RE groups in your area. I will send you information... Good luck
