@Alan Brown you seem very active on here and focused on the Berkshires. I’m also looking to invest there. I grew up in the area, but now live out of town. I’d love to chat sometime to see how things are going and what your plans are for the Berkshires.

@Cory E. Who do you use for investor friendly lending in the Berkshires?

I’m looking at multi-families up to 4 units. I no longer live in the area.

@Matt Deochan like anywhere location is important because some areas can be very difficult.

I’m interested in multi families anywhere in the Berkshires because the price is so low. I was interested in a couple places in Adams, but the rents seem low. I’ll have to continue running numbers.

@Alan Brown I’m also looking to invest in the area. I’m a little worried about appreciation or the potential for depreciation because it is sometimes difficult to judge where the overall economy and direction of the Berkshires are going. It’s definitely moving toward a tourist heavy area even more than it has in the past.

Fingers crossed for growth there.
