Yeah, Sounds like you were doing some moving and grooving during that summer. I have heard a good amount of information on the ownership of MHP. the way that you explained about the gross back into the property makes alot of sense on how they work better for you. How long have you been doing real estate?

My name is Dave. I am here in the land of the sun. I got to phoenix a couple years ago with my wife and son. I am a military veteran and served in Iraq and Afganistan.

I work in sales now, but my real goal is to become a real estate investor, I am not there yet(wish I was) but I have been obsessed with Real Estate since I was a kid. I have not completed any deals yet( but that will change, soon!).

Hey Everyone,

I am somewhat new to Phoenix, but I have to say that Los Dos is great and I am addicted to their salsa, but the customer service is horrible but I keep coming back for more.

I haven't been to the Heart Attack Grill even though it is down the road from my house.

I am a newbie to real estate and the phoenix market but would love to start networking. Any suggestions from you vets out there in Phoenix?
