Hey Guys. I call myself a longterm newbie. I have a duplex that I used as a House hack, Airbnb and Long term rental for about 6 years now. I’m just now ready to invest in my next deal. I have some capital about 30k and the real estate ocean just looks different now that I’ve dove back in. Different kind of fish in the water, gotta be more creative im noticing.

I’m willing to partner if the right deal and numbers are good, im willing to do a syndication, and im always willing for buy and hold. What are you guys recommending for the amount of capital I have?

Thanks guys!

Hello all, i plan on doing a refinance soon on my duplex. I heard plenty of podcasts to give the appraiser a folder showing upgrades to the property, comps in the area, etc. Does anyone have any other tips and tricks for helping out the appraisal process so I can get the best out of the situation. also what what other things can I put in the folder to give him or what you've done in the past? Thanks for any help with this!

Hello, BP world. I'm curious about what bank is the best bank to do a cashout refinance with. With so many banks to choose from and me already doing thorough research, I was hoping someone had a personal good experience with a certain bank or an individual at a bank who understands our world.

@Tashay Joseph Best thing you can do is start one. Even though your new you will gain connections and be known as the connector. Then from that your networking may bring deals in your lap.

@Connie Chan I use Cozy to collect rent, it’s great so far but just curious on what you use?

I'm assuming your talking about your personal expenses, If so, I use Clarity Money app. Its free and has everything in one place from checking, Savings, Loans, And more in one place. Its been working wonders for me.
